The hotel rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (they responded quickly to requests). The hotel felt efficient and well kept. I found the location convenient for my travel plans.
The pillows were not very comfortable, and I wish I had brought my own.

The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of quality foods, though I mainly sampled the hot items. The restaurant offered a decent selection of main meals in the evening. I tried the steak and found it well-prepared.

the staff was helpful.
The room's air conditioning unit was very noisy. It was also ineffective. instructions on how to operate the air con could be provided. additionally, there was damage to the room door. It looked recent, but the lock worked.

the rooms looked modern and were clean as new. it was acceptable.
The bed was terrible. The mattress reminded me of a slab of concrete. the single pillow had virtually no filling. every passing car sounded like an airplane on a runway. i stayed on the third floor. It must have been worse on lower floors.

I found the staff very helpful, especially taylor and vicky, it was a nice touch! i appreciated the vintage elements, like the vinyl bar-coded menus. the loyalty program also offers discounts on food and drinks. I joined it, i hope there are more around!
There was a red wine stain on the bedroom carpet i noticed, it was a bit obvious. i assume it is difficult to remove, though. Otherwise, all was good.

the breakfast was nice with a great selection. the staff were polite to all the guests. the rooms were clean and well equipped. i found the location convenient and accessible for my travels.
i had to pay extra for parking each night i stayed at the hotel i was unaware of this fee before arrival
